Birth Doula Package $2000
- Initial Consultation (1 hr): discuss my services, your desired birth, offer provider recommendations based on your preferences, get a general feel for eachother
- Emailed list of homework videos, books, and other educational resources for birth preparation & breastfeeding
- 34/36-wk Prenatal Visit (1.5 hours): Information gathering and birth planning
- 37/38-wk Birth Prep Session (3 hrs): private childbirth education course with you and your partner; give hands-on training to your partner in acupressure, massage therapy, and Rebozo techniques; practice all labor positions, breathing, meditation and visualization techniques
- 24-hr support via text or phone
- Continuous labor and delivery support in-home & hospital: massage therapy, Rebozo techniques, acupressure, guided hypnobreathing, positioning, educational support & advocacy, emotional support
- Immediate breastfeeding support after birth
- Labor and birth photography ($400 value): 20-30 edited images of labor, delivery, and 1st hour in digital format with rights to reproduce
- Labor notes: a detailed log of your labor, birth, and postpartum experience
- 2-week Postpartum Visit: Process birth experience, assess well-being and offer postpartum resources
Birth AND Postpartum Doula Package $3500
- Includes everything listed above in the birth doula package.
- 12 hours of postpartum doula support (broken into 3 or 4 hour shifts)
- “Bringing Home Baby” infant-care course
- 1-2 lactation support visits in-home
Private Childbirth Education & Birth Prep Course $600
- Emailed list of homework videos, books, and other educational resources for birth preparation & breastfeeding
- 4-5 hours spent in your home providing childbirth education, position and technique practice, partner-coaching, and advocacy preparation (for hospital births)
- List of birthing tools to be purchased (or purchased through me for $100)
- Access to my instructional videos on Rebozo and counter-pressure techniques
- Text and phone support during business hours to answer questions and provide guidance
- (no consultation is needed for these sessions)
